as they are downloaded from a third party, when you wish to install those.

Here is some things you may try:
Make sure to enable sideloading or developer mode on your device. On some devices only enabling developer mode may be possible.
It depends on the app which one you should enable. When disabling developer mode or sideloading mode, apps won't be able to start but they won't get deleted.
On "vanilla" or unmodded devices, 10 apps can be sideloaded simultaneously.
There are ways disabling this limit but it requires either Mass Storage Mode, Interop Unlock or Registry write access.
Make sure to have a supported sideloader like "App Installer" on your device or another sideloader for this site to work.
If you don't have "App Installer" or any other supported sideloaders, then use the links below to get "App Installer".
Install "VCLib140" first, wait for 20 seconds, then install "Retail Signed App Installer".
Come back to this site and wait for 20 more seconds. Then try installing your selected app again.

Since the goal of this site is to improve/simplify the sideloading experience, this whole site can be used by everyone.
Do you already have packages hosted somewhere else, but users have trouble installing them? Keep your files! Generate a link! And share it! Your users can then choose their favorite sideloader too!
Users will not only have a guide, but also the files for getting started.
